A friend called me a few weeks ago and we discussed typical life stuff as it relates to our work...I told him when there wasn't an answer for the frustrations we shared that my goal for the year is to work for the people and places that uplift and support me and that I love. I love being on tops of mountains, hills, ridges...that perspective is powerful. But it's true - you don't fall there. #DoWork
